- S occasionally blurts out a spontaneous "i love you"
- C has been warm and wonderful and we feel very much connected and settled into our life, which helps me greatly
- The afternoon adult time helps me feel re-energized and connected
- S eats most of her packed lunch in pre-school, even some of the stuff she wouldn't eat at home
- S has shown signs of trying to calm down during some of the tantrums
- S asks permission before many actions
- despite everything we are always trying to have fun
- it was great to have both sets of parents visiting us recently
- i love my family and i am committed to make things better all the time
- i am starting therapy (again) on Monday

I don't wish to be negative
I don't wish to be negative, but sometimes my brain just ends up there after meticulously careful evaluation. It is my job though to look on the "full" side of a glass at all times, for the sake of my own mental health and of my family. So, to help myself, i am going to make a list of things that are going great:
